I am a qualified life coach and how I coach my members is through, A Better Way in classes or I can coach you to achieve your goals 1-2-1. I believe in mental and physical well-being and making it accessible to everyone and that is why I am proud to say I have links to our NHS and Suffolk Minds so that advice and help is a click awayA better Way came about because through life I was looking for a different way to being a better balanced person.
My approach to A Better Way is to show and tell the techniques and practices I have learnt over the last two years through hourly classes within groups or individually, 1-2-1 approach.
