About Me & A Better Way

I am a qualified life coach and how I coach my members is through, A Better Way in classes or I can coach you to achieve your goals 1-2-1. A better Way came about because through life I was looking for a different way to being a better balanced person.

In 2017 I was surfing through Netflix like possibly most people when by chance I noticed "The Secret," I personally found this to be fascinating talking about gratitude, law of attraction, frequency, thought, vibration and so on. I then was hooked so wanted to know more about energy, vibration, frequency this lead me down the path of Nikola Tesla, who like Einstein understood that if we want to understand the universe then we need to look at energy, frequency and vibration.

 

So I started and continue to use and learn about all of the following and this truly has changed my life for the better.  

  • Gratitude

  • Qigong

  • Cold water exposure

  • Mindfulness and the mind

  • Breath control

  • Reiki

  • Exercise
