Gratitude

Gratitude is the key to how you look at life, with a positive outlook your vibrations or mood will raise which in turn will give you a happier experience of life. There have been many books written, films made about gratitude as well as many religions and beliefs that explain and practice gratitude but it is difficult to keep gratitude in your everyday life.

I have approached gratitude in three stages that have helped me and many other people around the world and with these stages I wish to pass on to whom may be interested in A Better Way and its' ethos.

 

  1. Start with a gratitude journal - in our classes we talk about how to use these.

  2. A gratitude stone - again there are different ways in how to use this and we explain how.

  3. In our class we Show and share other gratitude practices so that on a daily basis, from the moment you wake you are able to re-wire your brain into a more positive way of thinking.
