Commitment

Commitment is what you as a person are going to commit to and with the support of the class/group you will be encouraged to reach your committed goals. This is all possible because by using these phases throughout A Better Way you will be on your way to better mental and physical well-being. 

In our classes you will be given options that will help you to reach your goal it can be anything from;

 

  1. Weight loss

  2. Eating more healthier.

  3. Getting fitter.

  4. Being more tolerant.

  5. Beating addiction.​

But ultimately whatever your own personal goals are you will be committing to being a better you and why do I say this because I am on this journey and I want to share this with you because it is working for me.
