In this part of the class we will practice how to breath correctly. What?!! That's right believe it or not we have been breathing the wrong way since the age of 7 and that is due to the life style we all live in the Western world. 

I will show you techniques that will enable you to practice breathing correctly so that your breath can;

 

  1. Relax your mind and body.

  2. Help you sleep better.

  3. Deal with inflammation in your body.

  4. Help you with stress, anxiety and anger.

  5. Increase your overall energy.
